Job summary

Wellfit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. This hands-on role partners with the CFO to shape capital allocation, pricing, and growth strategy across products and channels.

You will build investor-facing operating models, deliver board materials, and drive a disciplined close-to-report process. Experience with SaaS, fintech, or healthcare payments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or related areas with ownership of company-level forecast.
• Experience with private-equity backed businesses.
• Strong modeling and data fluency.
• Ability to explain complex issues to executives.
• Comfort working with large, messy data sets and leveraging AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across products, sales channels, revenue streams, and customer cohorts.
• Own board materials and the financial narrative, including historical performance and forward outlook.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, data, product, sales, and operations to improve KPI definitions and reporting.
• Provide financial modeling and diligence support for acquisition opportunities and integration planning.
• Strengthen forecast discipline and the close-to-report process with AI-driven approaches.
