You will partner with leadership to build robust financial models, produce insights, and forecast performance across the organization. You will drive strategic analyses, KPIs, and variance reporting for senior management and the Board, while integrating with Business Development, Alliance Management, and controllership to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of experience in finance and accounting in biotech/pharma.
• Proven ability to develop financial models and analytical solutions to drive decisions.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning, Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasting (IS, BS, Cash Flow).
• Provide detailed financial models and analyses to support investments and major projects.
• Deliver reporting and variance analysis for senior management and the Board.
• Own analytics and variance analysis to inform decision making.
• Develop calendars, templates, and communications to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with BP&A, controllership, operations, IR and BD for integrated planning.
• Support automation and scale of processes, including ERP and EPM implementations.
