Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial analysis. You will partner with Commercial, Operations, R&D, Clinical, Marketing, and Corporate teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.

The role involves executive reporting, board materials, and financial modeling to support product launches, acquisitions, and capital allocation. Strong communication and Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to support decision-making.
• Experience with financial planning systems and ERP platforms; NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to link financials to operational drivers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
• High attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop revenue, expense, cash flow, and headcount forecasts.
• Coordinate monthly forecast updates and analyze variances.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets aligned with strategies.
• Provide financial analysis to support resource allocation and investments.
• Support new product launches, pricing initiatives, and expansions with modeling.
• Prepare monthly management packages and KPI dashboards.
• Support Board materials and investor relations with financial analysis.
