Job summary

Digital Turbine in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Analyst, FP&A to own revenue and gross profit planning for the on-device business. This high-visibility role partners with Sales, Product, Operations and BI to model complex deals, forecast performance, and present executive-ready insights to the ELT.

You will own monthly/weekly forecasting, build robust dashboards, and drive the commercial narrative with data-driven storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with expertise in revenue and margin forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives and cross-functional commercial teams (Sales, Product, Operations).
• Advanced proficiency in budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue and GP forecasting for the ODS business, including MGs and credits.
• Lead the tie-out for CRO Deck and weekly ELT reporting.
• Partner with Operations and BI to align data efforts and automate dashboards.
• Model complex deal structures for external clients and ensure profitability.
• Own the annual operating plan and rolling 12-month view with cross-functional interlocks.
