Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking an FP&A Manager to own financial planning end-to-end in a high-growth SaaS environment in Austin. You will lead revenue forecasting (ARR), build AOP models, and partner with departments to produce clear financial narratives for leadership.

This role requires hands-on modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with NetSuite/SQL; familiarity with AI tools like Claude; a proactive mindset; and a track record in PE-backed settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning financial planning and forecasting end-to-end.
• Expert-level Excel modeling from scratch.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools for modeling and reporting.
• Strong SaaS ARR modeling, churn, and unit economics.
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue (ARR) forecasting and monthly reforecasting.
• Build and maintain annual operating plan models and bottom-up expense forecasts.
• Model headcount and operating expenses across departments.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
• Lead board reporting materials with financial narratives and commentary.
• Partner with Accounting for timely and accurate financial close.
