Job summary

ITHAKA, a nonprofit expanding access to knowledge through JSTOR, Portico, and Ithaka S+R, seeks an FP&A professional to partner with senior leaders on cost analysis, forecasting, and long-range planning. Translate cost structures into actionable insights and support evaluations of new initiatives.

You will be the power user of Workday Adaptive Planning and Acumatica, build dashboards in Databricks and Tableau, and drive automation to modernize FP&A processes with AI adoption and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A leadership or equivalent role in large organizations.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on cost analysis and allocation.
• Translate cost structures into actionable insights.
• Support evaluations of new initiatives and investments.
• Lead forecasts and long-range planning with variance analysis.
• Prepare executive financial reviews and manage cost and headcount budgets.
• Act as power user of Workday Adaptive Planning and Acumatica.
• Build dashboards in Databricks and Tableau.
• Automate FP&A processes and improve data integrity.
• Drive forecasting enhancements and AI adoption.
• Leverage automation to modernize FP&A practices.
