Job summary

Adroit Partners is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to lead monthly and quarterly forecast consolidation, performance analytics, and regional business planning. You will analyze P&L and cash variances, work with ERP systems, and deliver executive-ready insights to improve financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, detailed financial modeling, and proactive guidance to leadership, with a focus on accurate forecasts and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience with OneStream/Hyperion/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation, review, and analysis of monthly forecasts and quarter-end close cycles.
• Provide comprehensive forecast reporting from multiple business units in a decentralized structure.
• Produce timely financial analysis highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
