Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and the G&A organization. The role focuses on OpEx budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and executive reporting, including IT spend and capital vs.

expense decisions. The position requires strong analytical ability, exceptional presentation skills, and collaboration across functions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience; 2+ years in pharma/biotech/life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting CIO/IT function; IT spend planning, software and infra costs, vendor management, capitalization of internal-use software.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic ELT partnering with the Executive Leadership Team and department leaders.
• Technology & IT finance: plan software/SaaS, infra costs, vendor contracts, capex vs opex, ROI analysis.
