The role combines hands-on journal entry review with SOX controls, cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, and Legal, and mentoring of accounting staff. A CPA and 8+ years in public or corporate accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee cash, investments, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, leases, and equity accounting.
• Perform primary-level reviews of journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses for GAAP compliance.
• Support SOX controls and internal audits.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, HR.
