Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating monthly closes, ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance, and delivering analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics. Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and SOX 404 compliance.
• Ability to analyze operating results and KPIs.
• Effective communication across organization levels.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train staff to meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly close for field controller group to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting docs.
• Review operating results and KPIs for field reporting packages.
• Provide accounting direction and analytical support to multiple departments.
• Manage accounting workflow and internal controls, ensure SOX compliance.
• Support budget and forecasting processes and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits and capital expenditures oversight.
