Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Director, Financial Planning – US Commercial to partner with the US Oncology commercial team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, delivering timely financial insights and ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.

The role requires 7–10 years in FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with SAP S4 and Tagetik. This is a corporate office position in the US, with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required. MBA preferred.
• Seven to ten years in a Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Strong customer focus with dedication to quality and willingness to address business critical issues outside normal business hours.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning activities such as the annual budget, reforecasts and strategic plan with emphasis on commercial functions under SVP – US Commercial and SVP, Head – MarketAccess.
• Quantifies financial risks and opportunities for top and bottom line against budget.
• Bridge demand forecasts into gross-to-net sales budget and reforecasts with US commercial teams.
• Report on key metrics for financial performance and forecasting accuracy including gross-to-net sales, gross, direct and contribution margin.
• Understand SAP and track operating expenses, reporting back to commercial leaders and adjusting accordingly.
• Review classification of operating expenses to allocate to product, expense type and cost center.
• Track and report fiscal year commitments against activities and materials budgets at product level; train teams to track expenses timely.
• Ensure submissions comply with Menarini financial reporting requirements.
• Work with sales operations to measure field force goal attainment vs budgeted incentive compensation.
