The position requires a CPA or MBA as a plus, 7+ years in financial management, and experience with US GAAP and consolidation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a strong background supporting a Commercial Sales organization.
• Strong experience and knowledge in US GAAP and consolidation.
• Experience with SAP, or similar, and financial consolidation systems (Cognos).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial Sales Leader to support sales reporting and finance alignment.
• Own the North American commercial P&L and drive performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve commercial performance and processes.
• Communicate strategic visions and execute development plans across teams.
