Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Director of Financial Planning for US Commercial. This role partners with the US Oncology commercial organization to deliver budgeting, forecasting and insightful financial analysis that drives resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities.

The position requires 7–10 years in FP&A, strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with SAP S4 and Tagetik. Prior biopharma launch experience and healthcare payer knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in FP&A.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint or Sheets/Slides proficiency.
• Experience supporting a commercial life sciences organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and distribution models.
• Prior biopharma product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, reforecasts and strategic plan for US Commercial.
• Quantify financial risks and opportunities vs. budget.
• Bridge demand forecasts into gross-to-net sales budget and reforecasts.
• Report on metrics including gross-to-net, gross, margins.
• Track operating expenses and allocate to product, expense type, and cost center.
• Ensure compliance with Menarini financial reporting requirements.
• Measure field force impact on incentive compensation vs budget.
• Guide use of Tagetik for planning and adoption.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional financial/operational projects.
