Job summary

CG Oncology in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to partner with the Director of FP&A and lead day-to-day finance operations, owning corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning as the company advances toward commercial launch.

You will forecast headcount and opex, model scenarios, enhance consolidation and management reporting, and provide insightful analysis to senior leaders while supporting clinical, operations, and commercial teams in a fast-growth biotech setting.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years FP&A experience in growth biotech or life sciences.
• Experience with corporate consolidation and board-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Adaptive or Anaplan.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning and variance analysis.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
• Forecast headcount and link to opex and cash runway.
• Improve corporate consolidation and management reporting packages.
• Collaborate on month-end processes and data quality for forecast inputs.
• Support clinical, technical operations and commercial analyses as needed.
• Embed driver-based planning and financial discipline across the organization.
• Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects and long-range planning.
