Job summary

Enavate in Tampa, FL is seeking a Director of FP&A to elevate our planning, forecasting, and analysis. This leadership role partners with the CFO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and performance metrics.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting, lead a high‑performing FP&A team, drive process improvements, and implement scalable data architectures with ERP/BI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience leading FP&A in SaaS/tech or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, bookings, renewals.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting basics.
• Proficient with ERP/FP&A tools and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term FP&A strategy with the CFO and exec team.
• Lead annual budgeting and multi-cycle forecasting processes.
• Develop enterprise KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Corporate Ops.
• Oversee data, systems, and transformation initiatives.
