Job summary

Pinnacle MEP is seeking an FP&A Director to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance Management across the organization. You will transform data into actionable insights to guide leadership decisions and profitable growth.

You'll lead budgeting cycles, develop KPIs and dashboards with Power BI, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions. This role partners with senior leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Residence in MI, OH, or IN preferred with strong commuting flexibility.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience in PE-backed or construction/MEP environments.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the organization.
• Develop KPI dashboards and financial analyses to guide leadership decisions.
• Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives with data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve FP&A processes.
