Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, including significant FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders with financial insight and influence decisions through rigorous analysis.
• Strong people leadership and execution management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level financial materials and presentations.
• Demonstrated success improving FP&A processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
• Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance management processes in alignment with CFO and VP, FP&A priorities.
• Serve as a senior finance partner to functional and business leaders, providing financial insight and decision support.
• Own development, maintenance, and improvement of FP&A models and reporting tools supporting AOP, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Establish and manage FP&A operating cadence, standards, and best practices for consistency and accuracy.
• Lead preparation of executive-ready analyses and narratives for quarterly strategy reviews and leadership forums.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and elevate recommendations for alignment and decision-making.
• Partner with Accounting, Systems, and Operations to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Provide governance over FP&A models, assumptions, and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional analyses related to cost management and performance improvement.
• Manage and develop FP&A team members, including the Senior Manager.
