Cohen & Steers is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance for Private Real Estate. You will partner with the private real estate platform to drive financial planning, forecasting, valuation oversight, and Board-level reporting.

The role collaborates with acquisitions, asset management, accounting, investor relations, and capital markets to support CNSREIT and related vehicles. The position requires 4–7 years in real estate finance, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and

Qualificações

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required.
4–7 years of real estate FP&A, investment analysis, or related experience.
Hybrid work policy: NYC office four days/week with one remote day.

Responsabilidades

Own and enhance portfolio-level financial models for capital allocation and liquidity.
Develop portfolio analytics for senior leadership on performance and trends.
Automate manual workflows and improve reporting scalability.
Evaluate dividend strategy and long-term capital planning with leadership.
Create liquidity forecasts and scenario analyses for acquisitions and financing.
Prepare Board materials and executive analyses on performance and strategy.
Oversee real estate valuation processes and third-party providers.
Maintain portfolio data for accounting and investment teams.
Lead semi-annual budgeting and reforecast processes.
Leverage AI and analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.
