• 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or public accounting.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
• Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across funds and properties.
• Monitor and track debt covenants, DSCR, LTV, and other lender requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.

Kenntnisse

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi)
