Atlas Search and our client, a global investment manager, seek an Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance for the New York City office. The role partners with the private real estate platform on financial modeling, capital planning, liquidity, and board-level reporting for an SEC-registered REIT and related vehicles.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, four days in the office, and opportunities to shape the role alongside Acquisitions, Asset Management, Accounting, and Investor

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years in real estate FP&A or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on financial modeling experience.
• Real estate background preferred; Big 4 experience considered.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Argus familiarity.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and enhance portfolio-level financial models for capital allocation and liquidity management.
• Develop portfolio analytics for leadership to evaluate investment results and trends.
• Partner with senior leaders on dividend strategy and long-term capital planning.
• Build liquidity forecasts and scenario analyses for acquisitions and financing decisions.
• Prepare executive analyses and board materials showing performance and strategy.
• Oversee the real estate valuation process with third-party firms.
• Help maintain portfolio data accessible to accounting and investment teams.
• Lead the budgeting and reforecast process twice yearly.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and scale reporting.
• Apply AI, automation, and analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.
