Job summary

Our client, a real estate investment fund management firm, seeks an FP&A professional to shape and coordinate financial strategy. This role reports to the Managing Director on the Finance and Accounting team and provides budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across the organization.

The FP&A professional will work with senior management to prepare planning, analysis and reporting materials, maintain models, and offer insights to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A or similar finance experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets; familiarity with data visualization is a plus.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning, budgeting and forecasting materials.
• Maintain financial models and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to present findings to internal stakeholders.
