Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent
• 12-15 years of progressively responsible FP&A and related experience
• Experience leading managers and professional staff
• Experience supporting executive decision-making with financial analysis
• Ability to influence senior leaders on complex financial matters
• Deep knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, governance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Translate strategic priorities into planning activities and measurable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional execution across business, finance, and stakeholders
• Oversee financial plans, forecasts, scenarios, and executive reporting
• Evaluate performance, risks, opportunities, and key drivers
• Serve as trusted advisor translating insights into recommendations
• Partner with leaders to evaluate investments and resource trade-offs
• Establish governance and standards for planning within the domain
• Lead initiatives on planning, analytics, and process improvement
• Remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement in methods and tools
• Lead and develop managers and ensure succession readiness
• Perform supervisory responsibilities and other duties as assigned
