• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence investments.

• Lead Home Lending and Commercial FP&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Partner with Home Lending leaders to align financial objectives with enterprise goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities, communicating implications to leadership.
• Develop and review business cases, ROI/NPV analyses, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare executive-ready materials with clear strategic framing; enhance reporting efficiency.
