Job summary

E78 Talent in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Director of FP&A & Treasury to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and executive reporting. This newly created leadership role reports to the CFO and partners with senior leadership to drive profitability and robust governance across multiple entities.

You will build scalable FP&A processes, deliver meaningful business insights, and support ERP and finance transformation initiatives while enhancing KPI reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and treasury leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting multi-entity operations and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive profitability analysis across business units, products, and customer segments.
• Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve KPI reporting and business performance metrics.
• Oversee cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Monitor working capital performance and cash flow drivers.
• Strengthen treasury controls and governance processes.
• Support funding and cash management across multiple entities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support ERP, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
