Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a data analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and AFP processes. You will create dashboards and reports that translate operational data into financial insights for leadership, linking product adoption and performance to strategic goals.

You will collaborate with teams to develop insights, monitor financial performance, and prepare variance analyses, supporting informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Understanding of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM data concepts and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard procedures to create and/or update moderately complex reports and dashboards.
• Identify and analyze trends and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Contribute to reports that show KPIs, identify cost drivers, and display root cause analyses.
• Lead AFP process including budget development, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
• Analyze product, operational, and vendor expenses to improve financial decision-making.
