Shaw Development, LLC is seeking a seasoned Director of FP&A in Florida to drive financial strategy, growth, and enterprise value. Hybrid role based in Miami or Tampa, partnering with executive leadership to optimize profitability, cash flow, and shareholder return.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, build advanced financial models, and own investor reporting. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and PE reporting experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration is required.
• MBA, Finance or Accounting preferred; professional certifications are desirable.
• CPA/CFA/CMA/FP&A certifications are highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, acquisitions and capex.
• Provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership from financial data.
• Prepare private equity reporting packages and board presentations; monitor debt covenants.
