The Facilities Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead FP&A for a portfolio of brands. You will own the budget, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews, partnering with operations to drive margin, labor efficiency, and revenue targets.

This hybrid role reports to the VP of FP&A and offers close interaction with executives and the ownership group as we scale through acquisitions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including partnering with P&L owners.
Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and NetSuite; GAAP understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence executives and field leaders.

Mansioni

Drive portfolio performance as the finance lead for assigned brands; partner with operating leaders to deliver revenue, gross margin, labor, and EBITDA targets.
Lead monthly business reviews with brand and operations leaders; track actions to closure.
Lead budget and rolling forecasts; own forecast accuracy and sign-off from operating leaders.
Review pricing, bids, renewals; evaluate capital, headcount, and strategic investments for ROI.
Work with Accounting Shared Services to ensure revenue, labor, and costs are complete and correctly recorded.
