Job summary

Shaw Development, LLC is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive financial strategy, growth, and enterprise value. This Director of FP&A role is hybrid in Miami or Tampa, FL, and partners with executive leadership to accelerate profitability, optimize cash flow, and support M&A activities.

The ideal candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build sophisticated financial models, and deliver impactful analyses for private equity sponsors and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• MBA and professional certifications (CPA/CFA/CMA/FP&A) are highly desirable.
• Experience leading FP&A programs in manufacturing or PE-backed environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, capex and growth.
• Provide actionable recommendations to executives based on financial and operational data.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for PE sponsors and lenders.
• Drive KPI reporting, variance analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations and senior leaders to ensure accountability for financial performance.
• Support due diligence activities related to acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
