Canlan Sports seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling across its North American portfolio. The role partners with other executives to optimize capital structure, manage insurance and compliance, and provide strategic insights for growth and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive finance, accounting and business compliance experience with team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, Workday and ERP systems; strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely FP&A analysis, forecasts and KPIs for operations and executives.
• Lead annual budgeting process end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close and prepare board reports and MD&A disclosures.
• Review insurance renewals and coordinate risk management and contracts for financial terms.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and capital projects; collaborate with auditors and banks.
