Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a strategic Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This high-visibility role partners with executive leadership and key business functions to translate data into actionable insights.

You will build financial models, drive planning cycles, and develop metrics that guide strategic decisions. A CPA or MBA is a plus, with 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience and strong communication to non-financial leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced certification is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership and department leaders on financial strategy.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis.
• Lead and develop the FP&A function and drive process improvements.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.
