Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner with senior leadership, drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews across the organization, and lead the corporate finance team. The role focuses on margin expansion, capital allocation and strategic initiatives, with visibility to the CFO and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in FP&A or related finance functions, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Oracle/SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
15+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
Experience with public company reporting and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the organization.
Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews for executive leadership.
Analyze results against plans and forecasts, and inform senior leadership.
Partner with Accounting for variance analysis and insights into results.
Develop financial models for earnings, capital allocation and scenarios.
Collaborate with business units to evaluate drivers and growth opportunities.
Support capital planning with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
Drive forecasting accuracy and analytical depth in reporting.
