Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) is a minority-owned firm accelerating clean energy delivery. We seek a Director of FP&A to be the strategic financial partner to the CEO and leadership, building models and tools to price work, fund growth, and guide decisions.

Reporting to the CEO, you will price RFPs, analyze program profitability, model staffing needs, and craft working capital strategies. The role starts as an individual contributor with growth potential and cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• At least six years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience leading analysis or planning at a senior level.
• Expert-level Excel with driver-based models and cash flow forecasts.
• Experience pricing proposals, bids, or contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the company-level financial model (revenue, staffing, overhead, cash flow, scenarios).
• Partner with BD and program leaders to price RFPs and proposals; develop cost assumptions; test pricing scenarios.
• Develop standard pricing models, rate structures, and bid review checklists.
• Analyze revenue, direct labor, subcontractor costs, overhead, utilization, and margin for each program.
• Build staffing models to show when programs can add staff and impact on margin and cash.
• Evaluate portfolio mix and growth strategy across funding sources and contracts.
• Analyze billing cycles, payment terms, receivables, and cash timing; propose cashflow improvements.
• Model capital needs under growth scenarios; support lender discussions with projections.
