Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to partner with the CEO and leadership. This hands-on director role will build the FP&A function from the ground up, pricing RFPs, analyzing program profitability, and modeling growth, staffing, and capital needs.

The role starts as an individual contributor with potential to grow the team. The ideal candidate will be a strong financial modeler and strategic thinker, able to explain tradeoffs to

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field plus 6+ years of FP&A/finance experience.
• Experience building driver-based financial models and cash flow forecasts from the ground up.
• Experience pricing proposals, bids, or contracts with labor rate build-ups and margin analysis.
• Ability to analyze profitability by program, project, client, or business line and recommend actions.
• Strong understanding of working capital drivers and cash flow impacts of contract terms.
• Ability to work closely with operations and leadership, explaining financial tradeoffs clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the company-level financial model covering revenue, staffing, overhead, cash flow, and scenarios.
• Price RFPs and proposals; develop cost assumptions and bid prices to meet margins and cash targets.
• Develop standard pricing models, rate structures, and bid review checklists for consistency.
• Analyze profitability by program and identify drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Create staffing models showing when programs can support additional staff and impact on margins.
• Evaluate portfolio mix, funding sources, and contract types to support growth.
