Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) seeks a Director of FP&A to partner with the CEO and leadership team in shaping strategy, pricing, staff planning, and growth funding. This hands-on director role builds models and planning tools from the ground up, starting as an individual contributor with potential to scale the function.

Based in the New York, Chicago, or Philadelphia area, the position requires strong financial modeling, program profitability analysis, and the ability to explain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Six+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with senior-level work.
• Strong modeling skills, driver-based analyses, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience pricing proposals, bids, or contracts with margin focus.
• Ability to explain financial tradeoffs to non-finance leaders.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the company-level financial model covering revenue, staffing, overhead, cash flow and scenarios.
• Partner with BD and program leads to price RFPs/proposals and set cost/margin assumptions.
• Develop standard pricing models, rate structures, and bid-checklists.
• Analyze program profitability, direct labor, subcontractor costs, overhead and margin.
• Create staffing models showing break-even points and impact on margin and cash.
• Lead budget and rolling forecasts with leadership; provide decision-ready insights.
