Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner with the CEO and leadership, building models and pricing tools from the ground up. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on financial modeling to guide which programs to pursue and how to staff and fund growth.

The ideal candidate will price RFPs, analyze program profitability, and design budgeting processes while collaborating across business development, operations, and accounting. Based in a major U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics or related field.
• 6+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience at a senior level.
• Advanced Excel skills with driver-based models and cash flow forecasts.
• Experience pricing proposals, bids, or contracts with margin analysis.
• Ability to analyze profitability by program, client, or project.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company-level financial model (revenue, staffing, cash flow, scenario analysis).
• Price RFPs and proposals; develop labor, overhead, and subcontractor cost assumptions; test pricing scenarios.
• Develop standard pricing models, rate structures, and bid review checklists.
• Analyze program profitability, direct costs, overhead, and margin for each program.
• Build staffing models and assess break-even points for new hires.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts with leadership and program managers.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership on margin, utilization, backlog, and cash.
• Provide analysis for new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
