Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners is seeking a Director of FP&A to act as the strategic financial partner to the CEO and leadership team. This hands-on role builds the models, pricing tools, and planning processes necessary to evaluate proposals, contracts, and program data for clear recommendations.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will price bids, analyze program profitability, and develop staffing and financing strategies to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• At least six years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience leading analysis or planning work at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company-level financial model (revenue, staffing, overhead, cash flow, scenarios).
• Price RFPs and proposals; develop cost assumptions; test pricing scenarios; recommend bid prices and terms.
• Develop standard pricing models and bid review checklists for consistency.
• Analyze profitability by program, project, client, or business line; identify drivers of performance.
• Create staffing models showing headcount impact on margin and cash.
• Evaluate program mix, funding sources, and contract types for growth.
• Model capital needs under growth scenarios; support lender discussions.
