Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling. You will partner with the CFO and program leaders to align resources with mission impact and sustainability.

This on-site role is based in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts, and KPI dashboards, ensuring disciplined financial management across programs and funding sources.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in finance or related field is required.
• Advanced credentials (MBA/CPA/CMA) are preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience is expected.
• Experience in nonprofit or funded environments is valuable.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and executive storytelling skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead driver-based Annual Operating Plan linking strategy, programs, staffing, funding and outcomes.
• Maintain a living planning process with clear owners, milestones and change control.
• Translate plans into program-level expectations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Controller to align planning with actuals and grant restrictions.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to support CFO and executives.
• Provide forward-looking analyses for sustainability, liquidity, and allocation decisions.
