Job summary

TexasBank is seeking an FP&A Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role partners with the CFO and executives to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee forecasting processes, develop robust financial models, and provide critical analysis to support pricing, allocation of resources, and performance improvement across business lines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of bank financial statements, balance sheet management, and key banking metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function, including staffing, development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead the Bank’s annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Maintain rolling financial forecasts and longer-term strategic projections.
• Analyze actual performance relative to budget and forecast, and communicate variances.
• Develop management reporting for the CFO and Board.
• Develop financial models supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
