Our client, a large and established consumer services organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks a Manager, Corporate Finance to lead forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and strategic decision support.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role combines strong FP&A fundamentals with business acumen and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Strategic Finance or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with valuation, investment analysis, and/or business case development.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Maintain and enhance financial models used for forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop multi-year financial projections and support valuation and investment analyses.
• Conduct DCF, IRR, NPV, business case, and other ad hoc financial analyses.
• Analyze key operational and financial drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and other corporate finance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights and decision support.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve financial models, processes, and analytical tools.
