Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A Global Process to lead agency-wide planning, design, delivery and continuous improvement of budget and forecast processes, tools and reporting standards.

You will partner with executive leadership, manage scenario planning and resource allocation, and guide governance of FP&A systems, data, and reports across divisions. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance teams and process optimization in a global non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Proven quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and business processes.
• Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivots, data models).
• Experience with reporting software and BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the global FP&A budget and forecast calendar, guidance, templates and communications.
• Lead ongoing budget/forecast process optimization and coordination.
• Coordinate with FP&A Reporting Analyst to deliver budget packages and presentations.
• Analyze and consolidate insights for executive leadership reviews.
• Maintain scenario planning models and support target setting and resource allocation.
• Oversee workforce planning analyses and headcount budgeting.
• Represent FP&A requirements to Systems team and contribute to reporting tool design.
