Catholic Charities Fort Worth seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to guide strategy, planning, and execution of financial operations in a mission-driven nonprofit. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and governance to sustain growth and program impact while ensuring compliance and financial integrity.

You will partner with the CEO, Board, and program directors to secure funding, optimize resources, and drive financial resilience, reporting, and risk management in a complex, on-site Fort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree strongly preferred.
• CPA in active good standing required.
• Progressive financial leadership experience (15+ Years).
• Experience partnering with CEO, Board, and program leaders to translate needs into financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support mission and growth.
• Lead annual operating plan, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensure financial integrity, compliance, and internal controls.
