Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide strategic financial leadership while actively managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations. You will partner with the Executive Team to drive growth, resource alignment, and performance across multiple entities.

The role requires 10+ years in financial analysis with strong Excel skills, and a track record of leading planning processes in complex retail environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading financial analysis or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Broad financial management and reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and Office proficiency; planning processes in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning process.
• Analyze variances and provide ad hoc financial analysis to leadership.
• Present critical financial matters to executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow, capital planning, and ROI across business lines.
• Lead and mentor FP&A teams; uphold Rural King's leadership values.
