Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analyst experience or equivalent.
• Strong budgeting and planning skills.
• Experience with budget calendars and P&L tracking.
• Ability to build financial models and forecasting tools.
• Comfort presenting financials to senior management.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting and planning, including calendar creation.
• Maintain budgeted P&L line items with documentation.
• Produce and maintain capital tracking detail.
• Facilitate cross-department communication.

• Create tools to improve performance insights and automation.
• Lead monthly close with controller.
• Support finance projects and CFO.
• Understand business units and operating systems.
• Prepare business cases with financials.
• Conduct post-audit of business cases.
• Manage complex cross-unit projects.
• Set project priorities and measure results.
• Participate in training and internal initiatives.
