Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a high-growth real estate & infrastructure company to recruit a Senior Director of FP&A. This role reports directly to the CFO and leads an established FP&A team through the next growth phase.

You will operate hands-on across strategic planning, board-level reporting, and cash management, ensuring a real seat at the table with the executive team. The role demands strong leadership, scalable processes, and clear storytelling for the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience spanning budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; project-based industry experience HIGHLY preferred
• Direct people leadership experience managing FP&A analysts and/or managers
• A track record of leading the AOP and long-range planning process
• Cash flow and liquidity planning experience, ideally in a multi-entity or project-based business
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and the ability to turn complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CFO’s primary FP&A partner and a thought partner to senior leadership on capital allocation and business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team while strengthening processes and controls as the company scales
• Own short- and long-term cash and liquidity forecasting across corporate and project-level entities, including funding needs tied to project milestones
• Run the annual operating plan end to end and translate corporate strategy into multi-year financial plans
• Build and maintain models supporting forecasting, scenario analysis, and ad hoc leadership requests
• Deliver the monthly executive and Board reporting package, including consolidated results, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Drive improvements to FP&A systems, planning tools, and reporting automation
