LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Director of FP&A in the Dallas, TX area to partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership. This role owns financial planning, business analytics, board reporting, and strategic decision support, influencing growth and value creation in a private equity-backed environment.

The ideal candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while mentoring the FP&A team and delivering actionable insights to executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and analytics.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to the Board.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual budget, forecasting process, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain operating model and financial roadmap.
• Partner with business leaders to drive performance and profitability.
• Build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investments.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reporting for executives.
• Prepare board presentations and communicate key insights.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Conduct scenario analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate investments, resource allocation, and ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A team members.
• Continuously improve reporting, planning processes, and analytics capabilities.
