Job summary

Logically seeks a seasoned FP&A Director to partner with senior leadership, drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will model performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver investor reporting while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.

You will also lead M&A due diligence, sales-compensation design, and automation initiatives to scale finance processes and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 9–11 years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience
• Experience in PE-backed environment and with SaaS/MSP/MSSP models is a plus
• Experience with ARR, Churn, NRR, and LTV metrics
• Proven ability in financial modeling (NPV, ROI, accretion/dilution)

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A process and partner with business to support Logically’s vision
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• Develop financial models tracking key metrics and performance
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and drivers
• Deliver monthly consolidated financial reporting to investors
• Lead M&A due diligence and integration planning
• Design and implement sales compensation aligned with growth targets
• Champion AI-enabled analysis and automation to accelerate reporting
