The ideal candidate combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, driving EBITDA and cash flow improvements and the integrity of financial statements.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with strong leadership, analytics, and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial reporting functions
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and cash flow management
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO/CFO to develop and execute financial strategies
• Lead long-range planning, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analysis
• Deliver executive-level reporting packages and board presentations
• Oversee closing processes and internal controls
• Drive enterprise value creation, working capital management, and operational efficiency
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team
