Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead Corporate FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and executive reporting. This role partners across Finance and the business to drive strategic insights and ensure accurate financial guidance.

You will modernize planning systems, own the close cadence, build driver-based models and develop a high-performing FP&A team to support leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• 6+ years leading finance teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years leading high-performing finance teams.
• 3+ years managing financial systems architecture and automation.
• CPA/CMA preferred; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate FP&A and enterprise planning processes.
• Own monthly business review and executive reporting cadence.
• Oversee three-statement analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive FP&A system modernization, data infrastructure and automation.
• Develop and coach a high-performing FP&A team.
