National Vision Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead Corporate FP&A and drive the company’s financial planning, performance management and executive reporting cadence.

This leader will implement processes, standards and governance across close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning. The role partners with Finance, IT and the business to deliver actionable insights, modernize systems and strengthen organizational capabilities, while guiding

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• 6+ years experience in financial modeling and close processes.
• 3+ years leading finance teams.
• 3+ years systems architecture for enterprise planning.
• CPA/CMA preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead Corporate FP&A, Retail Finance, BI and Accounting stakeholder coordination.
• Own three-statement analysis, variance explanations and financial bridges.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning with driver-based models.
• Develop executive-ready financial narratives for Board and Investor Relations.
• Modernize FP&A systems, data infrastructure and automation.
