Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead corporate financial planning and analysis across the enterprise, partnering with segment finance teams and executive leadership. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses, ensuring disciplined processes and robust cost controls while shaping capital allocation and productivity initiatives.

You will develop and implement driver-based forecasting, dashboards, and decision-support materials for the CEO, CFO, and board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A with leadership experience.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, building products, or other industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and board materials.
• Standardize processes, financial information, and KPI metrics for coherence.
• Develop and maintain robust KPI framework and executive dashboards.
• Support CFO/CEO in capital allocation decisions and project prioritization.
• Identify and implement tools to improve FP&A efficiency and effectiveness.
